CrossFit Juniors

Skill/WU – CrossFit Basic 5 – 5 reps for 5 rounds of standard kip – Push – up – sit-up – back extension – air squat

WOD

10 Rft – 20 min time cap

10 – Abmat Sit – up

10 – Push – up

10 – Pull – up

* If you do not have unassisted pull-up’s or you need to modify push-up’s your rep scheme will be 12 sit-up 6 – push-up and 6 – assisted pull-up (red or black band only or ring row)
