WOD…Feb 17th…KB!

CrossFit Kids

Strength – 20 minutes to find 1 rep max clean and jerk.  5 to 8 minutes to warm-up and 12-15 minutes lifting heavy taking 45-90 seconds between heavy attempts.  Clean is a full squat and jerk is a split 1:1 comparison to 8 weeks ago.

WOD

For Time:

Use 1 KB – 24/16K

5 – TGU per side

10 – Goblet Squat

20 – Single arm Snatch

30 – Push Press

40 – Hand-to-hand swing (swing KB to eye level with 1 hand, at eye level grab with the other hand) – each eye level switch = 1

50 – SDHP
