GHD Machine (using all 4 GHD’s each person will take turns getting 5 x 5 GHD sit-up’s)

WOD

Tabata – 8 rounds for max reps – 1 minute rest between rounds

Hang Power Clean – 115/75# (open 135/95#)

Push Press – same weight

Bar Facing Burpees
