20 min AMRAP

20 – Burpee over bar

20 – SDHP – 95/65#

20 – Abmat sit-up

Partner 1 will run a 400 while partner 2 works through the AMRAP – When partner 2 returns they will pick-up where partner 1 left off and partner 1 will run.
