Strength – Deadlift – 5 x 40% – 5 x 40% – 5 x 40% – 5 x 40% – 5 x 50% – 5 x 60%

Bear Complex:

7 sets of the following sequence

Power Clean

Front Squat

Push Press

Back Squat

Push Press

There is no time component – once you start you can rest anywhere anytime during the sequence but the bar may not rest on the ground.  After each completed sequence increase the weight; note final successful weight completed.  A completed sequence is all 5 movements 7 times without the bar resting on the ground.
