Strength – Work up to 60% of 1 rep max Squat Snatch and then 5 reps EMOTM for 10 minutes.

WOD

4x3min AMRAP

3 – Hang Power Snatch – 115/75#

5 – HSPU

10 – DU

*rest 1min between rounds – records reps for each round trying to stay consistent
