Strength/Skill – 3 rounds of 8-10 single arm row – 2 count hold at the top – complete both arms and then 60 second rest – followed by 45 sec side plank each side and 60 sec rest

WOD

4 rounds for max reps of DU

With a running clock complete the following in 4 min

25 – KB Swings 24/16K

400 meter run

DU

4 min rest

4 min work and 4 min rest =1 round.  Score is total number of DU performed
