Skill/Partner Warm-Up
Partner #1-row 250, Partner #2 Ground to Overhead with plate (25/15). During transition, both partners do 30 DU’s or singles. Switch positions.
WOD- 20 Min AMRAP
One handed KB (24/16) farmers walk to 200 meter mark. Set KB down and run back to gym and perform 10 wall balls (20/14). Run back to KB, perform farmers walk back to gym and perform 10 more wall balls.
*** For partial round each farmers walk = 1 rep and each run=1. Each round consists of 24 reps. May switch hands as often as you wish during walks; do not carry with both hands at same time.
