WOD July 27th- Murph-ish

Skill w/u 12 minute cycle of following exercises:  30 sec. L-hang or knees up (accumulative time), 10 wall balls, 30 sec. med ball sit ups, 10 Good Morning (empty barbell), 200 meter run

 

WOD for time:

800 run

40 pull ups

80 HRPU

120 Air squats

800 run

(Time Cap 24 minutes)
