WOD July 30th- 2 Minute Stations

WOD

2 rounds of 2 minutes at each station with a partner. 1 minute transition between stations.

Tire Flips- both working

Slam balls- one person working at a time, switch as needed

Partner Carry- both working

Med Ball Get-ups- alternate
