Specific W/U – 2 x 250m row – 10 walking lunges – 15 second hang

5 RFT

10 – Front rack lunge steps (in place) – 135/95# (each leg is 1)

12 – Push-up’s

15 – Side step burpee (athletic position 3 side shuffle 1 burpee return with 3 side shuffle and burpee) – should use 2.5 to 3 mat width for your side shuffle.
