Strength – Every 2 min for 20 min (10 sets) – 3 Snatch lift offs + 1 Snatch (lift off start at the bottom of your Snatch position – raise the bar to mid-knee and pause for a 2 count). Light to moderate weight (do not go heavy) should be used in order to focus specifically on bar path and technique.
WOD
Every 6 min, for 18 minutes (3 sets) for times:
10 – Hang Power Snatch – 135/95#
20 – Box Jump Over – 20/24”
