Skill 1 – Max DU with 45 second rest between attempts

Skill 2 – 50m Sprints – 3 timed attempts – fastest goes on the board

WOD

Competitive Partner WOD 

5 RFT

WB – 20/14# and  250m Row.  

Each partner rows 5 times while the other completes as many WB shots as possible.

Score is total WB shots as an individual.
