CrossFit Juniors

Skill 1 – Skin the Cat – 5×5 (only rotate as far as you are able) – Progression 1 – hold knees to chest as long as you are able

Progression 2 – rotate to a tuck position

Skill 2 – HSPU – max attempts – 45 second rest – 7 minutes

1000m row followed by 50 T2B…Run a heat each 5 minute interval if needed
