Partner Wheelbarrow – Partner 1 down and partner 2 back (sub bear crawl or partner carry)

60 – Ring Rows

Partner Wheelbarrow – Partner 1 down and partner 2 back

60 – Calorie Row

Partner Wheelbarrow – Partner 1 down and partner 2 back

60 – Box Jumps

Partner Wheelbarrow – Partner 1 down and partner 2 back

60 – Partner KB Russian twists – sitting back-to-back with feet off the ground – 30 in each direction (1 rep is from partner 1 to partner 2 and then back to partner 1)

Partner Wheelbarrow – Partner 1 down and partner 2 back

This workout is for time.  1 person working at a time with the exception of wheelbarrow and Russian twist. Team of 3; each will get their wheel barrow and rep scheme is 90 with two people working at a time, with the exception of Russian twist (same scheme with KB starting and finishing with partner 1 to equal a rep)
