CrossFit Kids

Strength – EMOTM – alternate every minute for 14 minutes.  Minute one 7 x power clean.  Minute two 7 x squat clean.  Choose a weight that is challenging.  Should be ~60% of 1 rep max.

WOD

5 RFT

200 meter run

9 – Deadlifts 155/75#

6 – Hang cleans 155/75#

3 – Shoulder to overhead 155/75#

*Bonus* – 175/95#

18 min cap
