WOD…June 4th…Partner!

CrossFit Kids

Strength – Strict Press – 20 min to find new 1 rep max.  Complete at least 3 progressively heavier lifts before attempting max lifts.  

Partner WOD

22 minutes to complete the following with one partner working at a time:

60 – Burpees

60 – KB swings 24/16K

60 – Goblet squats 24/16K

60 – Hand release push-ups

60 – Overhead lunges 45/35# – each leg is 1

150 – DU – 300 singles

*row 250 meters after each movement (each person will row 3 x)

With remaining time complete as many deadlifts as possible using 185/115#

*Bonus* 225/145#

Score is total deadlifts completed
