Curtis Press Р1 Curtis Press = 1 x hang power clean + 1 x right leg lunge + 1 x left leg lunge 

+ 1 x push press (all from front rack)

Prescribed weight is 95/75#, however if you are doing the open this should be an active rest day (very light weight)
