WOD #1

4 rounds

1:00 min max thrusters – 75/55#

Hand stand hold or plate hold

If the hold breaks the reps stop – alternate until each person completes 4 rounds

Score = total reps

3:00 min rest

WOD #2

5:00 min AMRAP

SDHP Relay

One person does as many SDHP while the other completes 75 singles; once the since are complete switch and continue the count.

3:00 min rest

WOD #3

3:00 min “Head to Head” burpee relay

I person at a time alternating burpees for 3:00 minutes

Score is total reps for all 3 WOD’s
