Group Warm-up
Max Sled Push – 15 minutes to find max sled push weight.
Partner WOD – complete the following for time:
100 – Thrusters – 35/45#
400 meter run
100 – KB Swings – 16/24K
400 meter run
100 – Med Ball chest pass – 8′ – 20/14#
400 meter run
All reps are done as a team. The bar, KB, and ball must not touch the ground at any time or there is a 5 burpee penalty.
With the ball pass you are allowed two accidental drops.
