50 – Med ball pass sit-up (P1+P2 = 1)
50 – Med ball squat clean – 1 person working
50 – Med ball push-up – 1 person working
50 – KB Swings – 1 person working
50 – Goblet Squats – 1 person working
50 – KB SDHP – 1 person working
50 – KB Russian twists and 50 WB – each complete 25 working at the same time (twist is L+R = 1)
