Strength – Back Squat – every 2 min for 6 sets complete 5 reps – progressively heavier
WOD
Every minute, on the minute, for 20 minutes (5 sets of each)
Min 1 – 35 DU or 60 singles
Min 2 – 15 KB swings – 24/16K
Min 3 – Thruster – 95/65#
Min 4 – 8 HSPU
Score is total successful rounds – tiebreak is final minute HSPU total
