3 Person Team

10 min max calorie row (sprint) – alternate as needed

Immediately followed by a 12 min AMRAP with 2 people working at all times on 2 different movements

50 – Killer rope

50 – Push-up

50 – Sit-up

50 – KB swing

At the beginning of the 12 min AMRAP everyone will 15 Air Squats and then every 3 minutes; including the 12 min mark (5 total sets)
