WOD…March 25th…EMOTM!

Skill – 12 min every 2 min complete the following: During min 1-2 & 7-8 – 2 rope climbs, 3-4 & 9-10 accumulate 45 sec. L-sit, and 5-6 & 11-12 10 meter handstand walk or 5 wall walks.

15 min EMOTM

3 – Ground to Overhead – 135/95#

6 – Burpee over bar

If you do not finish in the minute continue until you are done and then rest the remainder of that minute.  Goal is to do it all 15 times.  Score is either RX which indicates prescribed weight and completion of all 15 rounds within the minute or scaled by amount of weight used or total rounds completed below 15.
