100 – Air Squats
100 – KB Swings
100 – Ab Mat Sit-up
100 – DU or 200 singles
100 – Lunges (L/R = 1)
100 – Plate Push-up (feet on plate 25/35#)
Every 2 min each person completes 6 Burpees
