Team WOD (3 or 4)

Complete the following for time:

400 m run

Plate Grip – 35/45# – 6/8 down and back

90/120 T2B/K2E –

Human rack back sqaut – 135/95# – 90/120 – every 10 reps you will re-rack, do 10 burpees and then switch

Finish with a 400 meter run
