Strength – Back Squat – Warm-up to 70% of 1 rep max and then complete 5 x 5

WOD

For time:

50 Push Ups 

100 – Double Unders 

40 – Push Ups 

75 – Double Unders 

30 – Push Ups

50 – Double Unders 

20 – Push Ups 

25 – Double Unders 

10 – Push Ups 

Singles are 2 to 1 due to number of DU.  If you are new to Anchor (<60 days), cut the push-ups in half.
