Strength – Back Squat – Every 2 min – 6 sets – 5 @ 65% – 4 @ 75 -3 @ 85% – 2 @ 90% – 1 @ 95% – 6 @ 80-85%

4 sets of 3 – min sprints with 90 sec. rest in between

10 – Push –up

15 – Air Squat

10 – Pistols (alternating)
