Skill 1 – Plank hold – 10 minutes – hold with a 45 sec rest between attempts

Skill 2 – Rope Climb – 10 minutes – 1 attempt – 45 second rest

Partner 1 KB swing 24/16K

Partner 2 runs a 400.  

Time is called when both partners have completed 4 runs.  Score is time and total KB swings.
