100 – Burpees – in unison 25 per team member
100 – KB Swings – Alternate every 10 reps
Team member 1 – 50 Air Squats – other 3 run 200m
60 – Shoulder to overhead – 135/95#
Team member 2 – 50 Air Squats – other 3 run 200m
8 – Rope Climbs (3 HoH)
Team member 3 – 50 Air Squats – other 3 run 200m
100 – Push-up
Team member 4 – 50 Air Squats – other 3 run 200m
Team row 1200m – each rows 300m
