Skill 1 – GHD – 8 minutes – 5 reps with a 45 second rest (40 total)

Skill 2 – DU – 10 minutes max double under – 45 second rest between sets

WOD

Row – 250 m for 8 intervals with a partner (each)

Partner does sit-ups – Score is time to row 4K and total sit-ups
