CrossFit Juniors

Skill 1 – HBR/Superman – 10 minutes of 10 HBR and 10 Superman followed by 45 sec rest

Skill 2 – Hip/Back extension – 10 minutes of 5 reps per movements with 45 sec rest – large group – everyone do back ext 

1st followed by hip extension until 40 reps of each are completed
