In teams of 3, alternate to complete as many rounds and reps as possible (20 min) of:
10 – Front Rack reverse lunge (L/R = 1)
10 – Burpees
While person A is completing person B is holding plank and person C is hanging from the bar. Person A tags person B to complete the couplet while person C moves to plank and person A moves to hang.
