Buy – In 50 – Partner Sit-up (interlock arms)
50 – See Saw Push-up (1 rep alternating until you both have 50)
50 – Partner Wall Ball – (Person 1 squats and throws + Person 2 catch/squat/throw = 1)
50 – See Saw KB Swing – (1 rep alternating until you both have 50)
50 – See Saw DU or 100 singles – (10 rep alternating until you each have 50 or 100) – If mixed pair 50/100 – alternate at 10/20
50 – See Saw Russian Twist with a plate – (back-to-back partner 1 touches left and right before passing to partner 2 who touches left to right) both get 50
50 – See Saw Slam Ball – (Partner 1 slams and partner 2 attempts to catch on the bounce – both slam 50 times)
