CrossFit Kids

Strength – Clean and Jerk – warm-up to 65-75% 1 rep max and then complete the following sequence 5 times unbroken (don’t’ put the bar down but rest between sets)….1 clean – 2 low hang clean (just above the knee) – 1 high hang clean (mid-thigh) – 1 Split Jerk 

12 min AMRAP

5 – Dead Lift – 115/75#

10 – Push Press – 115/75#

15 – Box Jumps – 20/24”
