Workout #1
As Many Rounds As Possible in 8 Minutes of:
-Row 200 meters
-Bear Crawl 20 meters
Workout #2
As Many Rounds As Possible in 8 Minutes of:
-25 Double Unders or 75 singles
-10 Kettle Bell Snatches (5R/5L)(24/16K)
In teams of 2 one group of teams will be doing workout #1 while the other group does workout #2. At the end of the AMRAP there will be a 2 minute break and then the teams will switch. Score is total rounds/reps completed for both workouts
