Strength Cycle week #3 Back Squat 1 x 6 @ 65%, 2 x 5 @ 75%, 2 x 4 @ 80%: Based on most current 1RM. Squat depth is crucial on this cycle, whether front or back squats.

 

WOD – 8 min AMRAP

8 KB Goblet squats (24/16)

10 KB swings

12 KB box step ups (20/16”)(L+R=2)

***Hold KB however you want, change hands as often as you need***
