Strength – Clean Sequence

Power Clean – 5-5-5 = Start from the floor and catch in a 1/4 or 1/2 squat

Hang Clean – 5-5-5 = Start from just above knees and catch in a full squat

Clean- 5-5-5 = Start from the floor and catch in a full squat
