Strength – Strict Press – 20 minutes to find 1 rep max – w/u – 10 (bar) – 8 (40%) – 5 (50%) – 2 (70%) – 1 (90%)

EMOTM

85 – KB Swings – 24/16K

3– Clean and Jerk using 80% of your 1 rep max strict press

At the top of every minute you will perform 3 clean and jerk’s and then use the remainder of time to get your KB swings, once you’ve gotten 85 that’s time.
