800m – Run

40 – Partner Wall Ball (choose weight)

50 – Slam Ball (choose weight) – switch every 10

60 – Jumping Lunges (together)

50 – Slam Ball (choose weight) – switch every 10

40 – Partner Wall Ball (choose weight)

30 – Burpee over partner (partner holds a plank) – switch every 5

400m – Run

Team of 3 – 60 – 75 – 90 – 45 (WB all 3 on the wall pass from one partner to the next, Slam ball two working at a time, and Burpee two are planking)
