10 Fast Hole Alt. Drive Step Ups (24) * Plant foot on box and drive hard and fast to the top

10 Alt. pistols

WOD

10 rounds FT

200 m – Row

4 – Shuttle runs (5, 10, 15m) touch each line – shuttle run is complete when you return to the start and touch the line

We will have KB’s (24/16k) out in the event you return to row and they are all occupied.  Sub 20 SDHP, but only if a rower is not available.
