CrossFit Kids

Strength – Warm-up to ~75% or heavy but controlled with good form, of 1 rep Bench Press max then complete 5×5 at that weight

WOD                

For Time

20 – Power Cleans – 115/75#

20 – Front Squats – 115/75#

20 – Shoulder to Overhead – 115/75#

20 – Front Squats – 115/75#

20 – Power Cleans – 115/75#

EMOTM – 3 Burpees over bar (two feet over the bar at the same time); after the final burpee return to the bar facing the way you began
