WOD October 6th- Fast and Furious

Strength Hang Squat Cleans x 2 every 2 minutes for 6 rounds:  Work up to a very challenging weight during warmups. Start this workout heavy and stay heavy throughout. Focus 100% concentration on each lift. These are not supposed to be touch and go reps.
