Skill 1 – 7 min of max C2B pull-up with 30-45 seconds between attempts – scale to pull-up/eccentric/jumping pull-up/banded eccentric

15/1 – Single Arm KB thruster (both arms) – 24/16K/shuttle run (3 touches)

12/2 – Single Arm KB thruster (both arms) – 24/16K/shuttle run (3 touches)

9/3 – Single Arm KB thruster (both arms) – 24/16K/shuttle run (3 touches)

6/4 – Single Arm KB thruster (both arms) – 24/16K/shuttle run (3 touches)

3/5 – Single Arm KB thruster (both arms) – 24/16K/shuttle run (3 touches)

Run on both sides – 12/24/36’ – KB work on the periphery
