25 min Partner AMPAP (as many points as possible)
As a team of 2 or 3 you decide which movements you want to do tallying as many points as possible in 25 minutes. Must do at least 1 movement from each group. Each movement chosen will be completed by all. For example if you chose something from “Group #2” all of you do the same movement. You can’t have one person do a 5 point movement and someone else do a 10 point movement. Choose a movement , both complete, and get the points for that movement.
Movement values are as follows:
Group #1
20 – Air Squats (each person completes) – 5 Points
25 – Med ball squat with a pass over the bar (2 people working 1 person plank if team of 3) – 10 Points
20/30 – Pistol Squats (accumulative) – 15 Points
Group #2
20 – Pull-up any way you can (accumulative) – 5 Points
20 – Chest 2 Bar (accumulative) – 10 Points
20 – Strict Pull-up (each) – 15 points
Group #3
50 – Single Jump Rope (each) – 5 Points
50 – Double Unders (each) – 10 Points
50 – Killer Rope (each) – 15 Points
Group #4
200 meter run (both) – 5 Points
400 meter run (both) – 10 Points
800 meter run (both) – 15 Points
Group #5
250 meter row (both) – 5 Points
500 meter row (both) – 10 Points
750 meter row (both) – 15 points
