Partner WOD

Complete the following for time:

1) 4 x Sand Bag Carry – 30 x Star Jumps

2) 30 x Sand Bag Air Squat – Plank

3) 500 Meter Row – 30 x   SDHP (16/24K)

Teams of 2 both must complete the work before moving to the next excercise. 

Time stops when all work is done and both team members run 400 meters
