Partner WOD
2 Rounds of the following: Each person completes each movement before moving on to the next set of 2 excercises.
1) KB Farmers Carry 32/24K (8 lengths of the gym) – 50 – AB Mat Sit Up’s
2) OH Plate Hold 45/25# – 20 Burpees (if plate comes down burpees stop)
3) Plank – 100 Singles (if plank lost singles stop)
After the 2 rounds are complete partners complete 50 jumping lunges (25 per leg)
