Station 1 – 2:00 Row for calories and banger/sled pull
Station 2 – 2:00 KB burpees and Killer ropes
Station 3 – 2:00 Jumping lunges and plank up downs
Station 4 – 2:00 abmat sit-up and 4 count flutter kicks
Person 1 will perform movement 1 for 2 minutes while person 2 performs movement 2
after 2 minutes you will switch and have a 1 minute break before starting your next station
Your score will be the total number of reps completed at each station
