Partner WOD
With a partner complete the following:
100 – KB alternating leg step-up – 12/16″ – 16/24K
75 – Thrusters – 95/55#
100 – Sit -up
Then finish the WOD with each person doing 4 bear crawls (down and back is 1)
During both the KB and barbell work the weight must not touch the ground or there will be a 5 burpee penalty.
