WOD: 25 Min AMRAP with Partner

40- PGTOH (switch every 10 reps)

30- Burpee Plate Jumps (switch every 5 reps)

20- Plate sit-up pass (P1 touch plate behind head, sit-up, pass plate to P2.  P2 touch plate behind head, sit-up, pass back to P1…)

400m run with plate
